Affiliates Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Affiliates Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the affiliate ("Affiliate" or "you") and the company ("Company" or "we") in relation to the Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Affiliate Application and Approval

To become an Affiliate, you must complete the Affiliate application form provided by the Company. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. If your application is approved, you will receive a unique affiliate ID ("ID") and a designated referral link ("Link").

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

a. Promote the Company's products or services using the designated Link and ID provided by the Company.

b. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting the Company's products or services.

c. Use ethical and honest marketing techniques to promote the Company's products or services.

d. Not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, spamming, or creating false accounts.

e. Not use the Company's intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials, without obtaining prior written consent from the Company.

f. Not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of the Company.

4. Commission Structure

The Company will pay you a commission ("Commission") for each eligible referral or sale made through your Link. The Commission structure will be outlined in a separate document or agreement provided by the Company.

5. Payment Terms

a. Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the separate document or agreement provided by the Company.

b. The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel any commission if it suspects fraudulent or unethical activities.

c. The Company will pay Commissions in the currency specified in the separate document or agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, except for any obligations that expressly survive termination.

7. Confidentiality

During the course of your participation in the Program, you may have access to confidential information of the Company. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Please note that these Terms are subject to change at the Company's discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay updated.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and will comply with them.
