Ensuring timely delivery is our top priority. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 1.30pm from Monday to Thursday and before 12 pm on Fridays (excluding bank holidays). 


Should you place an order after our courier deadlines, rest assured it will be shipped on the subsequent working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays) based on a first come, first served basis. 


To enhance your shopping experience, we collaborate with various delivery partners. Tracking is available for all UK orders, and orders exceeding £79 qualify for free delivery. All packaging is discreet for your peace of mind.


  • Economy Delivery* 2-3 Business Days.
  • FREE UK Delivery* (orders £79 or over) UPS, Royal Mail and Shop Collect. Orders placed before 1.30pm Mon - Thurs and before 12pm Friday will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Saturdays are not classed as a business day.
  • Expediated Delivery* UPS & Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1.30pm Mon - Thurs and before 12pm Friday will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed after 3pm Mon - Thurs & after 12pm on Fridays this service will be delivered within 2 business days. Saturdays are not classed as a business day.
  • Shop Collection Only*** UPS. Orders placed before 1.30pm Mon - Thurs and before 12pm Friday will be delivered with 1-2 business days. Any orders placed after 1.30pm Mon - Thurs & after 12pm on Fridays this service will be delivered within 2 business days. Saturdays are not classed as a business day.

** We unfortunately do not ship to the EU or International countries due to import restrictions. 


***Orders are not refunded once shipped. By placing your order, you hereby agree to such terms.

Shipping Details:

You will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email once your order has been dispatched. It will include tracking information and the courier tracking link you can use to follow the progress of your order. It is imperative to provide your correct email address, otherwise, you will not receive this email. In rare cases, your email provider filters our emails into your spam folder, so please check this folder before contacting us.


You can also see your orders via your account anytime, and see your tracking details and the progress of your order, by clicking on the order number located with the order information section of your account


If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date stated, you MUST inform us within 48 hours at [email protected] so we can investigate with the relevant courier immediately. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to remedy the problem which may include a refund or reshipment of your order.


Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer who will be charged for carriage if we need to make a collection on their behalf and/or the order needs to be re-shipped.

We do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are present to sign for their order. In no way can Just SARMs and/or its couriers be held liable for failed deliveries, unless either party has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
