My tracking says my order was delivered but I didn't received it?

We are sorry to hear this. Please follow the steps below:

1. Check to see if you received a delivery card from the courier, if so follow their instructions to arrange a re-delivery.
2. If the courier was unable to find you, they may have left your order with one of your neighbours.
3. Check your tracking reference number which is located within your shipping confirmation email, in case the courier left your order at at shop collection point.
