2nd May - Nordic Labs Delay

We apologize for the inconvenience, there is a slight delay in dispatching Nordic Labs orders, including pre-orders, due to unforeseen infrastructure issues on part of Nordic Labs. Rest assured, we've received assurance that the shipment will reach us on or before May 7th. Please understand that recent bank holidays have added to these delays. We empathize with your frustration, but please trust that we're actively monitoring the situation and maintaining close communication with Nordic Labs to ensure the swift dispatch of your orders. 26th September 2023 - Royal Mail

Royal Mail is handling some orders manually, causing slight delays in delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.


31st August 2023 - Royal Mail.

Due to the recent cyber incident, Royal Mail has to use alternative despatch systems to send items. This is causing a slight delay to items as this does involve an increased requirement for manual sorting before they are despatched. This additional sorting should have a minimal impact on our delivery timescales, but we are finding that a small percentage of items take a few days before they are despatched.


No other courier is affected.
