During periods of extreme cold weather, deliveries may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Severe weather conditions such as snow, ice, flooding, and hazardous road conditions can impact courier networks across the UK. When this happens, drivers may be forced to slow routes, suspend deliveries temporarily, or reroute parcels to ensure safety.
