Due to the holiday season and the way Christmas and New Year fall within the working week, courier networks experience a substantial increase in parcel volumes alongside reduced operating days. As a result, temporary delivery delays are expected across all courier services during this period.
While we continue to process and dispatch orders efficiently, delivery times may be longer than usual. These delays are outside of our control and are affecting all retailers nationwide.
Order Processing & Dispatch Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched on a strict first come, first served basis. Orders cannot be prioritised, expedited, or manually chased ahead of others. Once dispatched, parcels are handed directly to the courier and enter their delivery network.
Important Reassurance
Customers are advised that seasonal delays do not indicate lost or missing parcels. Orders remain secure and tracked within the courier system and will be delivered in due course as courier backlogs are cleared.

Any delivery enquiries received before 5th January regarding delayed parcels will not receive further updates, as no additional information can be obtained from couriers during this time.
