Can I Get a Refund for SPO Orders?

In the event that a particular item is out of stock, we promptly initiate an SPO order to replenish our inventory. Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided for paid SPO orders. Nevertheless, if the item has not been dispatched within 10 working days, we are willing to accommodate requests for an exchange with an alternative item that is currently available.
